Vikki Volunteered in Youth Clubs from the age of 16. Through her volunteer work she got the opportunity to travel to Africa to volunteer in the disadvantaged communities. Vikki completed a University Degree in Youth and Community Work and went to work in Youth Clubs before joining North West Leaving Care as a Support Worker and has worked her way up as Area Manager. Vikki has worked for North West Leaving Care Services for 5 years.
What do you like about working in leaving care?
Vikki enjoys making a difference in the young people’s lives she works with. Vikki stated there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a young person she has worked with succeed with their transition to independent living.
What are you passionate about?
Vikki is passionate about making a difference however big or small by providing an excellent service to the young people we work with to help them transition successfully to independent living.
