Sally has worked for over 20 years as a personal assistant to senior management teams.
Sally joined Northwest Leaving Care Services in September 2016, on a part time basis working in administration. Sally has since progressed to the role of HR/Office Manager and has recently qualified to CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Practice. Sally will be due to complete the CIPD Level 5 early 2020.
What you like about working in leaving care
Sally enjoys the fast paced working environment and the challenges this brings as no two days are the same. Sally finds it very satisfying both personally and professionally to be part of a great team of people who deliver the best support and guidance that young people need across the Northwest.
What are you passionate about
Sally's main passion in life is the challenge of fitness and exercise. Sally is a key advocate and champion of staff happiness and well-being and how it can impact positively on overall organisational performance.
